After tickets sold out for the Grove City College Theatre Program\u2019s spring play, \u201cYou Can\u2019t Take It with You,\u201d the cast performed an additional show Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The play, written by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman, tells the story of Alice Sycamore, played by sophomore Abigail Worlfgang, and her concerns about introducing her fianc\u00e9, Toby Kirby, played by sophomore Austin Zeilstra, and his family to her wacky relatives. Over the course of the play, the audience learns the value of choosing to do something you\u2019re passionate about in your vocation and loving the people in your life, even with their quirks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grove City\u2019s production features two faculty members: Professor of English Dr. Eric Potter plays Alice\u2019s grandfather, Martin Vanderhof, and Assistant to the President, Miss Betty Tallerico, plays actress Gay Wellington.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cast will take the stage twice more tomorrow at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the Little Theater at the Pew Fine Arts Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
